The DoubleTree Alana is located next to Fort Derussy near the Hilton Hawaiian Village. There are no laundry facilities or services offered at this Waikiki resort. Time with family is priceless, don’t let laundry get in the way of your memories of a lifetime. Our evening pick up and deliveries are perfect for families on vacation.

For the DoubleTree Alana laundry service we recommend the following:
After you have signed up and chosen your pick up date, we will send you a confirmation email with the time and date of your pick up. Our pick up and next day deliveries are usually between 6 PM – 7 PM. We recommend leaving your clothes with the front desk so you can enjoy your evening laundry and stress-free. Let our laundry professionals will take care of the rest.
Our Pack & Fly Package is designed for those who want to return home “still on vacation”. For $5 more per 20lbs of laundry, our laundry professionals will return your clothes not only washed and folded but in a compressed bag giving you extra space in your luggage for all those Hawaiian souvenirs. Return home with freshly cleaned clothes and extra room in your bag!
